144. The hardest year.

This last year has been the hardest ever to get through and considering what I’ve been through over the last decade or so, that’s a strong opening line.

Thanks to those around me, I have finally realised how truly lonely I actually am.

I’ve felt let down by those who didn’t help. Enough said.
